In 10 seconds

Problem
Every client account ran on scattered Basecamp cards, Google Docs and old comment threads.
What I did
Took the agency's Notion workspace and made it my own: one permanent project per social client, one for all Google Business Profile work, and a written reference sheet for each client.
Result
One system now runs every account, whether the client approves every post or trusts us to run it, without things slipping.

What Changed

When I joined, each client's month lived on a Basecamp card: copy in a Google Doc, handed to a designer, reviewed, sent to the client, with files across Basecamp, Docs and Drive. What we knew about each client lived in old comment threads. It wasn't going to scale.

How I Keep It Running

Kept the calendar on time

Every social and Google Business Profile post lives in the agency's Social Media Planner, a Notion database built by the Amplus team. Since May I've planned and scheduled 800+ posts through it. New requests get triaged the same day, and if a date is going to move, the client or my lead hears it from me before it passes, not after.

Tested it with leadership, then cut the step that didn't earn its place

The workflow originally fed a monthly idea review with the CEO and Art Director. After running it, we agreed the meeting wasn't worth everyone's time, so I dropped it. Approval now happens at the post level instead.

Trained interns on live accounts

Over two months, I onboarded two interns and rotated them across three client accounts, using the reference sheets as their playbook. I was the first review on everything they made before it went to the Art Director.

Managed the tool vendor

I opened tickets with Sprout Social for features we needed, including bulk scheduling and a call-to-action button for Google Business Profile posts.

How I Use AI

AI does the first draft. I do the thinking, the editing and the final call.

  • I built my own Claude skills for monthly social planning, post building and Google Business Profile content. They read each client's brand reference sheet, so first drafts start on-brand.
  • I direct, edit and fact-check everything. I build the prompts and reference sheets the drafts come from, pick the ideas, edit for accuracy, grammar and flow, check every claim, and design every visual myself.
  • I use AI video tools for the rough cut. On Flow Therapy, Wideframe assembled first cuts from hours of footage; I chose the topics, approved or rejected each sequence, and finished everything in Premiere.
  • I know where it falls short. It gets facts wrong, flattens a brand's voice, and garbles text in images. Catching that is part of the job.
